  • Do I Need To Pay A Deposit?
    Upon making a booking with us we require a 40% deposit to secure your appointment. The remaining balance is due within 24 hours of completion.
  • How Much Does The Service Cost?
    Due to the number of different stones we restore and the ranging services provided it is not possible to give a price estimate until we have seen your floor and discussed your requirements.
  • How Long Does The Service Take?
    Once your floor has been assessed and your requirements identified we will give you a time scale along with your quotation. If the work being carried out is to be completed over multiple days or weeks a full schedule of what will be happening each step of teh way will be provided.
  • Will The Work Create Dust?
    We use dustless technology in all aspects of our work so you can rest assured your home will not be left dusty.
  • Is It A Messy Process?
    During stone floor restoration the room being worked on will be protected effectively. Your walls and skirting are to be covered with a low tac, splash protection to prevent any marking on painted / wallpapers surfaces. Shoe covers will be worn whenever entering your home, dust sheets will be used in conjunction with shoe covers to cover flooring we need to walk on to reach the area being worked on. No products or tools will be placed on surfaces not being worked on. We are very committed to providing a professional and efficient service that doesn't require you to worry about any accidents or damage.
  • Do We Need To Be In?
    In a lot of instances the properties and businesses we are working in are empty or the homeowner is away whilst the work is being carried out. We are more than happy to collect and return keys for entry and will ensure your home or business is not to be left unattended at any point unless locked and secure.
  • Do You Move Furniture?
    Due to the nature of the work and our insurance policies, all furniture needs to be moved from the area being worked in prior to our arrival unless discussed otherwise.
  • Can We Walk On Our Floor The Same Day?
    Once our work is complete for the day we will always ensure you can walk on your floor. There may be occasions where some areas are to be avoided i.e. the site of a repair, but this is carried out in a way to cause the minimal ( if any) disruption to you. If your floor has has a topical seal applied it is advised to avoid walking on the floor for a few hours and then light foot traffic in socks for the remainder of that day.
  • Is Your Service Pet Friendly?
    We love animals and often carry treats in the van, we will ensure they are not effected in anyway during the restoration process. We just kindly ask that they are kept away from the area we are working on at the time.
  • Do Your Use Harmful Chemicals?
    All products used are of the highest standards and the safest available in the industry. We ensure there is no risk to your or your property.
